Documentation
The OneCloudPlanet cloud platform uses a pay-as-you-go payment model - you pay for the computing resources created, even if they are turned off. Funds are debited from the balance every hour — for the previous hour of resource rental. External traffic is also paid.
For stopped instances, only disks are counted.
