Changelog: Auto payments

To help our customers save time and prevent potential service interruptions, we have introduced an auto payment system. Users can now enable automatic balance top-ups, which keeps their account in positive standing and thus eliminates the risk of service suspension.

The auto payment system also supports quick funds additions from a linked card, making balance top-ups even more convenient and efficient.
