Corporate email on your own domain — with no fee per mailbox

Deploy your own mail server (Zimbra, Mailcow) on a cloud instance: as many mailboxes as you like for the fixed price of the server, with correspondence stored by you, not Google. Port 25 is open and we set up PTR records — so mail actually gets delivered.

Let's count honestly

An example for a team of 30 mailboxes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 prices are current as of publication.

Your own mail needs administration. No one to do it? We'll add "Basic administration" — and it still comes out cheaper than Workspace.

Why email specifically with us

The technical details that decide whether a mail server actually works and whether letters get delivered.

  • Port 25 is open

On DigitalOcean, AWS or Hetzner SMTP is blocked for new accounts — a mail server simply won't run there. With us it works from day one.

  • PTR/rDNS in the panel

Reverse DNS for your IP is set up yourself in a minute, with no tickets. Without PTR letters go to spam — with us it's a field in the IP settings.

  • Clean IP

We monitor ranges against spam lists (Spamhaus, UCEPROTECT); if a client got a "dirty" IP, there's an IP-change procedure.

  • Snapshots + Backups

A snapshot before a Zimbra update, backups on your schedule — configured in the panel.

  • Object Storage for archives

Old correspondence and mail-database backups — at $0.0013/GB/mo in a separate location.

  • Free firewall

Only the mail ports and webmail are open to the outside — the rest is closed by default.

Which solutions you can deploy

Ready Marketplace images come up in minutes, or build your own stack on a clean instance.

  • Zimbra

A full Workspace replacement: mail, calendars, contacts, shared documents, webmail. For companies of 20–500+ users. Recommended ocp-5 (4 vCPU / 16 GB) — ≈$40.90/mo.

  • Mailcow

A modern mail stack in Docker: SOGo webmail, anti-spam, DKIM out of the box, a handy panel. Optimal for 5–100 mailboxes. Recommended ocp-3 (2 vCPU / 8 GB) — ≈$20.45/mo.

  • Poste.io and others

A lightweight server for small teams — up to 20 mailboxes on a minimal instance from ≈$8.11/mo (ocp-1).

  • Your own stack

Postfix + Dovecot + Rspamd on a clean instance — full control for experienced admins.

How to launch — 4 steps

A typical launch is half a day, together with DNS propagation. No admin? We'll deploy and set it up within "Basic administration".

  1. Deploy the image

From the Marketplace (Zimbra/Mailcow) or a clean instance for your own stack.

  2. Point the domain

MX record to the server, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — using our guide "DNS setup for a mail server".

  3. Set the PTR record

The reverse DNS field in your IP settings — one minute.

  4. Create mailboxes

Connect the team: webmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, mobile clients — standard IMAP/SMTP.
