Changelog: K8s in production

We are pleased to announce that after successful beta testing, our Kubernetes cluster service has been released to production.

Key updates:

• The addon installation system based on helm charts has been revamped;
• Added the ability to install addons on already created clusters;
• Added Prometheus metrics addon;
• Created a Terraform provider for cluster management;
• Updated the OpenStack provider installation system based on helm charts (not yet released to production);
• Updated the cluster network installation system based on helm charts (not yet released to production);
• Added Cilium network (not yet released to production).

These enhancements make our Kubernetes service even more flexible, powerful, and scalable, providing users with stability and new capabilities for efficient cluster management.
